Business Development Solutions (BDS) is a merger of the interdisciplinary expertise of its founders and was established as a Joint Venture at the beginning of 2019. Our scope of service includes market studies and surveys, the establishment of branch offices including branch office management, business development and sales support as well as the procurement and supply of spare parts, especially for the water treatment, steel, and chemical industries. We have a comprehensive network of local experts, representatives, and suppliers in the respective countries. We also offer site services, inspection, and supervision in the region and are able to manage local standards and norms, translation, conversion, and document certification.  We can source local expertise in the major engineering disciplines and IT services.

BDS is a Hungarian company and enjoys the benefits of Hungarian corporate regulations. Hungary has a flat rate corporation tax of just 9% and is therefore the ideal location for branch offices and subsidiaries. BDS is able to establish and manage local representative offices or subsidiaries to allow our clients to benefit from the Hungarian tax regime.
